Yes. After successfully generating a marine certificate, a copy is automatically available for download directly from the portal, and an email copy is sent to your registered email address.

You will receive an email notification, and the certificate will appear in your transaction history on the portal. If you do not see it, please check your email for confirmation or contact support.

All known system errors have been fixed. However, if you encounter any new error messages, kindly take a screenshot and report it immediately to contactcentre@coronationinsurance.com.ng so we can assist you.

Claims notified via the claims portal are processed swiftly. If all required documents are uploaded correctly and the necessary procedures are followed, payment can be completed within 48hours.
